近日,日照心臟病醫(yī)院公布了醫(yī)院“十大信條”。1月14日,心血管內(nèi)科二病區(qū)在董世曉護士長的組織下,利用早會時間,開展科室護理人員“十大信條”的培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),要求每一位員工謹(jǐn)記并遵守。提高每一位護理人員的業(yè)務(wù)水平,更好地服務(wù)于患者,并嚴(yán)格落實到日常工作當(dāng)中去。
在醫(yī)療技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,我們要做的不僅僅是治愈患者,更要讓患者身心恢復(fù)健康,使他們在寒冷冬季也能倍感溫暖,真正做到特魯多醫(yī)生墓志銘上鐫刻的那樣“有時,去治愈;常常,去幫助;總是,去安慰。”這段銘言穿越時空,久久流傳人間,至今仍熠熠閃耀著人文之光,讓我們共同期待護理之花在這個寒冷的冬季悄然綻放。

1、照護患者永遠(yuǎn)是我們的首要責(zé)任,首診負(fù)責(zé)、首問負(fù)責(zé)、首見負(fù)責(zé)。 Always take the interests of patients as our first responsibility. Take first diagnosis responsibility, first asking responsibility, and first seeing responsibility.
2、盡所能提供最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的治療和照護。 Always try to provide the best care and treatment.
3、保護和支持患者及公眾的健康。如果你認(rèn)為病人的安全、尊嚴(yán)或安適受到損 害,你必須采取解決的行動。 Try to ensure the health of patients and the public. Take prompt action if you think that the patients' safety, dignity or comfort is being compromised.
4、始終做到清正廉潔,公開,在任何時候都正直行事。 Always be honest and upright.
